JVPNG · Q
Same meeting. Same people. Same coffee. The difference: every member gets a quiet little control room on their phone — so the room is calmer, nobody misses their turn, and we capture the moment without anyone having to remember the moment.
What you do when you walk in
- Scan the QR on the meeting screen. The big screen at the front of the room has a "Check In Here" QR. Point your phone camera at it. The check-in form opens in your browser.
- Fill it in — takes 15 seconds. Name, phone, email. Snap a quick photo if you haven't already, or skip it. Tap Check In.
- Your phone takes you to JVPNG·Q. You don't have to find it. The page opens automatically. You'll see who's currently speaking, where you are in line, and a friendly little "Hi, [Your Name]." Set the phone face-up on the table.
What you get on your phone
Now Speaking
Big photo of whoever is at the mic, their company, and a countdown timer so you can pace yourself before your turn.
Your Spot in Line
"You're #3 of 12." Real position, updated every few seconds. No more guessing or asking who's after Mark.
Your Cue
Phone buzzes when you're up next. Fullscreen "You're up next!" message. You see it. You head up. Done.
Leave a Review
While someone is speaking, tap "Leave a Google Review" on their card. The review page opens in a new tab. Real reviews, real time, real value to the speaker.
Visit a Site
Tap "Visit Website" to open the speaker's site in a new tab. Bookmark it, save the number, do whatever you want. Their JVPNG·Q tab keeps your spot.
Show Some Love
Tap the ❤ "Love this" button when a pitch lands. Anonymous count ticks up live. Speakers see real-time signal that the room is with them.
The honest truth about your phone
A webpage cannot block phone calls. iOS and Android handle calls at the OS level. Your phone rings normally. Answer your wife, your mom, your client — the page is right where you left it when you swipe back.
No app. No download. No service worker. No new cookies you didn't already have. The only thing on your device is an open browser tab. Close the tab when the meeting ends and it's gone. We're not tracking you home.
The check-in row in our member roster — that's the attendance record, that's the point. Nothing else from your phone is captured. No location, no contacts, no browsing history. Just who walked in, when.
What's on the screens up front
Two TVs at the front of the room. One job each.
TV 1 — Speaker Spotlight
Whoever is speaking right now. Photo, company, countdown timer, and a pair of QRs the audience can scan to leave a Google Review or visit the speaker's website.
TV 2 — Check-In Display
Today's roster, photo of the latest arrival, and the QRs visitors scan to check in or complete their member profile. The welcome board.
Why we built this
JVPNG runs on referrals, on real connections, on members helping members succeed. The old way of running the meeting — flip charts, paper sign-ins, "who's after Mark?", the awkward "is that mine?" moment — works, but it gets in the way.
The new way: the meeting takes care of the meeting. Members focus on listening. The chair focuses on leading. The system handles the queue, the timer, the photo, the attendance, the reviews, the website traffic. All of it falls out of just walking in and tapping check in.
It's still us. Still Wednesdays at the Back Yard Grill. Still Master Connectors. Just quieter, faster, and built to scale beyond Houston when we're ready.
