JVPNG Membership Rules

Founder → Partner → Member → Visitor → Archived

Visitor

Entry level. Anyone who checks in for the first time.

Requirements:
  • Check in at a JVPNG meeting

Member

Full member. Has proven commitment through attendance and relationship building.

Requirements:
  • Attend 4 consecutive meetings
  • Profile 100% complete (company, phone, email)
  • Complete one-on-one meetings with all Partners
  • All Partners confer and approve (thumbs up)
  • Promotions happen once per month

Partner

Leadership level. All Member rights plus superpowers.

Requirements:
  • Invitation and consensus of existing Partners
Partner Superpowers:
  • No timer on spotlight — unlimited time
  • Always in the queue — no check-in required
  • Can run the Conductor and manage meeting flow
  • Priority placement — first in the spotlight queue

Dormancy Rules

Miss 28 consecutive days and you're automatically archived. Partners are exempt.

If you come back, it's a full reset:
  • Status → Visitor
  • Meeting count → 1
  • One-on-one completions → reset
  • Badge ordered → reset
  • Email sequence → restarted
